Scanmast AB has acquired Wibe Masts

Scanmast AB has acquired all sales and marketing of lattice masts and towers including services for communication, lightning, wind measuring and telecom installations from AB Wibe. The acquisition comprises 40 posts and the company will remain in Mora.

The acquisition secures the knowledge and the competence known from Wibe and our absolute ambition is that you in the future will get the same good service, commitment and quality of products and services as earlier.

Scanmast AB was officially acquired from AB Wibe from february 2, 2009. The new owners are Anders Särström, Joakim Karlén who have worked at Wibe for several years and Christer Lenner and Carl Gustaf Sommar, all with solid experience in business management. Scanmast will offer the market products and services, from site acquisition to maintenance and service.
